- These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter - the Terms) define the mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of the person who purchased the goods in the online store www.brios.lv (hereinafter the Buyer) and Bambukk Ltd (hereinafter the Seller). Return of goods warranty
- The return of the product must be notified in writing to the representative of Bambukk Ltd by sending an application to firstname.lastname@example.org or by contacting +37129680588.
- In case of poor quality of the product, the return is paid for by us, the product is replaced, or the money for the purchased product is returned.
- In case the Buyer wants to return the money for a defective product, the money refund application form should be sent to email@example.com
- The buyer must state on the money back form: name, order number and reason for the refund.
- The money is returned to the Buyer on the bank account from which the payment was made.
- The money will be returned within 10 (ten) working days of the written request for a refund.
- The appearance of the product may differ from the one shown.
- The product supplied may vary in packaging, color and shape.
- We recommend that you always read the information on the product packaging.
